I’ve been using LoveVPS KVM for around 4-5 months now.

They have had one small downtime which i was notified in advance. Other than that, Matthew is VERY helpful and friendly. He goes the extra mile to help customers and make sure they’re happy with his service.

I've had my VPS going for a couple of weeks so I thought I'd give an update as to how things are going.

I had pingdom set up to keep an eye on my server before I switched to loveVPS, attached is the graph for the last couple of weeks.

Pingdom opens a connection to my server every 15 minutes. You can see in the middle that there was a large spike for one of these checks - the response was around about 1.3 seconds - I *think* I had been updating something on the server at the time, but even so, it's one single datapoint out of a whole bunch so really quite impressive. Before the move my average ping was about 120ms, since the move it's been ~100.

I've been able to do everything I've needed and I'm still really pleased, there's been no down-time at all (my old server, which lived in a cupboard under my stairs had a surprising amount of down-time, which I only actually became aware of once I started monitoring it with pingdom, I'm not running Facebook or anything!).

I had a KVM VPS with them for a couple of months and I really liked it.

I remember the node where I was in used to get ~1400 unixbench points (1 vCPU), also disk I/O used to be pretty fast. They advertise it runs on a 100mbps port speed, but I used to get close to 200mbps sometimes measured both with wget and iperf...

I wasn't running that box as a production server so the best uptime I recorded was around 3 weeks IIRC.

Support is fast and responsive. The owner Matt is an active WHT member and he definitely knows his stuff. His username is Matt-"something", I don't remember.

I don't know about their UK based servers, but I will certainly try it out once I finish moving some services to Europe.

Well I have been with Lovevps for more then 1 month now, and decided to do my first month review..

I became a Lovevps customer because i won a custom vps at a auction they were doing here.. A real great deal..

2GB ram / 100GB disk / 2TB band / Cpu equal share, for $18usd..

And they hosted at DimeNoc, so how bad could it be.. Well the vps is unmaged but they sure helped me a lot, i made a few managed questions rsrs..
The response time is about 15minutes..

I had one downtime, but it was a DimeNoc problem that they had this month.. A part that one downtime, i didnt notice any other downtime..

They are not oversold. They are small so they really care about they're customer.. Only bad thing is that i was flagged as a custom vps rsrs, and they dont really come with optional upgrades. And i cant really say much about uptime and reability cause i have only been with them for 1 month..

I was with them for a few months (before my project was canceled and we closed the vps, )
mylovevps.com had a very good response times on all tickets, it was a managed cpanel vps, i NEVER had downtime, and the staff were incredibly helpful to someone who was a total noob.

Ive had a positive experience with these guys, and am glad to recommend them to others.

This is a great host. Have a xen vps with them for half an year I think, their suport is very good.

I just signed up with them this week after seeing their offer. Switched from YardVPS. Much happier on KVM than Xen. And the support has been spectacular!
